Our staff are all highly trained professionals, who are continually improving themselves with continuing professional development and training, and who have enormous experience in the accounting, audit, tax, and business advisory services. We are focused on providing optimal financial solutions for our clients financial and business requirements in an uncomplicated, personal, professional manner.


We will also act as your taxation advisers on all tax matters, including tax efficient planning & advice to minimise your taxation liabilities, estate planning & implementation, and acting as executors in deceased estates. Our representatives are very familiar with SARS, & will have consultations with SARS on your behalf to attend to any tax issues you may have.


Our services include preparation, completion & submission of your income tax & provisional tax returns to the South African Revenue Service, together with your payments, where necessary, to SARS, with related advice on minimising all tax liabilities, as well as checking of assessments and agreement of liabilities with SARS.


We provide audit and assurance services mainly with the objective of our expressing opinions and enhancing the fair presentation of financial statements for use by investors, banks, creditors, SARS and other stakeholders.


We will help you with your monthly/bi monthly bookkeeping on an appropriate accounting system suitable for your business' personal circumstances As well as the provision of monthly/bi monthly management accounts, payroll management & preparation, preparation, completion, & submission of all monthly/bi monthly statutory returns (for example :Vat, Paye, Skills development levies, provisional taxes).

Business Advice & Coaching

We provide business advice and coaching in the form of monthly/bi monthly, one-on-one consultations with our highly trained & experienced staff to review management accounts and advise thereon with the aim of maximising your business profitability, cashflow and your personal wealth.

Michael Blore

Director and founder of BBA Inc. Qualifications : Chartered accountant (SA). Articles done with international audit firm, later served as their senior audit manager, before going on his own and opening up BBA, which is now in its 17th year.

Rina Wilson

Receptionist. Duties also include attending to all CIPC documentation and running of the Nedbank Corporate Saver agency. Rina has worked for BBA for the past 9 years before which she worked for BDO Spencer Steward for 19 years.

Dieter Kossman

Accountant and Auditor. Qualifications : BCompt (Unisa). 3 years SAICA Articles. 9 years post articles experience including 5 years with international Architectural Company (UK) as Financial and project Accountant. Has been with BBA for 7 years.

Colleen Britz

Attends to BBA accounts & general administration. She has been with the company since inception 17 years ago. Colleen also works as a PA to Dean Britz for Britz Blore Financial Services CC.
