Director and founder of BBA Inc. Qualifications : Chartered accountant (SA). Articles done with international audit firm, later served as their senior audit manager, before going on his own and opening up BBA, which is now in its 17th year.
Receptionist. Duties also include attending to all CIPC documentation and running of the Nedbank Corporate Saver agency. Rina has worked for BBA for the past 9 years before which she worked for BDO Spencer Steward for 19 years.
Tax manager. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (SA), Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation. Completed SAICA articles at Lakhi & Co in Newcastle and then relocated to Pietermaritzburg. Joined the BBA team in January 2017 and was promoted to tax manager in December 2018.
Senior Associate. Qualification: Chartered Accountant (SA). Sonja completed her articles with us in 2006 and then stayed on until 2010 when she relocated to Newcastle. During her time there, she gained six years of commercial experience as a financial accountant. She re-joined our team in August 2019
Accountant and Auditor. Qualifications : BCompt (Unisa). 3 years SAICA Articles. 9 years post articles experience including 5 years with international Architectural Company (UK) as Financial and project Accountant. Has been with BBA for 7 years.
Accountant and auditor, SAICA Articles. Qualifications : B.Com (UKZN), Tax Hons (Unisa). Previously served 3 year articles, employed 10 years by PWC and currently 10 years with BBA.
